Architectural Movement Pt 2 Sunday’s 10-11:30am EST:
Week 6 (February 6th): Balance (head and forearms)
Week 7 (February 13th): Strength (shoulder girdle)
Week 8 (February 20th): Balance (handstands)
Week 9 (February 27th): Strength (hip girdle)
Week 10 (March 6th): Explosive Strength
Attendees will need:
2 blocks or a stack of books
An elastic band/Theraband
A staff/pvc stick or brook stick
A blanket or 2
A pull up bar or gymnastic rings
1, 25-35lb kettlebell
I’m asking $100 for the full Wednesday or Sunday 5 weeks (You will be provided with recorded videos from each class to access at any time plus supplementary material to continue building off of the concepts introduced).
