Architectural Movement 5 week virtual series. Pt 1 Wednesday’s 6pm EST
Week 1 (February 2nd): Breath and Endurance (Posture: Moving within posture)
Week 2 (February 9th): Mobility (joint health and functional range of motion)
Week 3 (February 16th): Stability (lower half: pelvic floor and hips)
Week 4 (February 23rd): Balance (primarily feet, introduction to upper body)
Week 5 (March 2nd): Stability (locking into place: Core and shoulders)
attendees of Pt 1 will need:
2 blocks or a stack of books
An elastic band/Theraband
A staff/pvc stick or brook stick
A blanket or 2
I’m asking $100 for the full Wednesday or Sunday 5 weeks (You will be provided with recorded videos from each class to access at any time plus supplementary material to continue building off of the concepts introduced).
