This practice will largely focus on the practice of Pranayama (breath control) combining methods from a variety of schools of Yoga (including close study of the methodology employed by Nevine Michaan of Katonah Yoga) blended with Noah’s experience practicing the Wim Hof breathing method.
We will use asana (postural work) as a means to open up greater lung capacity and also draw awareness to subjects such as the Bandhas (energetic locks) as well as other sometimes more subtle energy work within the body.
