Chair Yoga is a wonderful practice using a chair as a prop for your body to be more supported in yoga postures. Sometimes on a chair, sometimes standing, we will deal with the dynamics of folding and unfolding your body as well as learning the building blocks of how to get up and down from the floor safely and efficiently. Learn some of your favorite postures in a more supported way.
We will address balance, strength and range of motion for joints throughout the body. This class is wonderful for ANYONE! Beginners and individuals recovering from injuries and/or movement limitations as well as the more seasoned practitioners are welcomed.
