The essence of body-weight training and the ultimate way for anyone to build strength, flexibility and bodily awareness. This type of training has obvious transferable benefit and can be a perfect complement to any physical endeavour one may wish to pursue.
We will focus on pushing and pulling for the upper body while also addressing the many ways one can develop very strong legs by introducing squatting, sprinting and jumping. In the spirit of calisthenics we will use whatever tools are available to us in the environment (whether that be walls, bars, poles, gymnastics rings or bodies. Be prepared to interact with the environment around you and the other practitioners within it.
